That would be Victor Hansen, an old friend. He does have reams of
interesting info he's collected over time. Hard to get him to respond
to phone or mail and he doesn't 'do' computers. But he's a great old
guy. He says he bought the Keely engine from the Franklin Institute
in the 60's for $1000.00. He and Dale think it uses a form of water
hammer and suction to run, but they couldn't ever get it to run...sure
is pretty though.
