There is some info on Carr in Long John Nebel's books. Let the reader
beware: Nebel thought of Carr as a hoaxer.
By the way, apart from Hansen's Keely device, there's another original
Keely device around. It's in my book. At the moment, therefore, we know
of only two original devices still around...
