Not exactly true today. There is a mailing list that
discusses this topic almost exclusively. Some connection to

been debating what is safe for the environment over the last

James Harris Rogers. His writings can be found in the
"Electric Experimenter" magazine from around the turn of the
century. Minto's Hydronic Radiations is also related.

Now does any one know how to duplicate Rogers stuff today?
