In the book I learned about astro projection (journeys out of the body)
by Robert A. Monroe.
Sleeping with your head facing north was critical to get the energy to
project & you have the best chance of astro dreaming is in this northernly
direction. If I remember right sleeping in a sounthern direction has the least
chance of astro dreaming.
So there is something to sleeping with your head at or nearest magnetic
north. Anyone else with other possible links ? F/E device that only work
facing North ?.
By the way in no way do I promote astro projection as I believe it is bad for
your health, bad for your soul (turns an very bad unhealthly color), & the way
you get the energy to start training to astro project seems very evil to me. I
believe it is a taker of life forces.
