If someone is looking for a source of colloidal silver, that sounds like a
good one. But if you are going to foll with making it yourself or buy a
device to make it, I haven't seen one. True they will put silver into the
water but the colloids will not hold their charge, colloids are too large,
Zeta Potential is at frequently at the threshold of agglomeration,etc.
