PIP Training
The PIP is not an equipment but a software (plus the digitizer configured
to the programme) specially written by Harry Oldfield. Normally therapist
have to train with Harry for the basic Electro-Crystal Therapy part of the
programme before going on with the training in PIP. You need to have a
video camera (digital video cameras give better resolution but is not
compulsory) and a computer (if you have a note-book then you will be able
to do field work) and then you are all set. Having said that you also
need to have the experience to interpret the patterns - it's very much like
an X-ray; the amount of information that can be drawn from it depends on
the person reading the picture. Everyone can see certain objective patterns
but it is the skilled radiologist who can give that added insight. This
however can be overcome if we can develop special filters. Contact Harry
Oldfield directly at the School of Electro-Crystal Therapy for the latest
course/material fees. Harry is the only instructor who gives courses in
PIP.
Difference between PIP and Kirlian Photography
PIP gives the same sort of information but in a 'different language'.
Think of it as 2 people from 2 different cultures describing the same
scene. So it is necessary to learn the language of PIP before we can draw
any meaningful conclusions about the things we see. PIP has the advantage
of allowing us to see the patterns within the specimen. E.g. The chakras
or these energy centres on the body are for real - we can see them pulsing
in real time. Or whether they are too opened or too contracted or even if
they are slightly displaced or split. PIP also shows the area around the
specimen (as wide as your camera lens can fit) which shows interesting
patterns at times. Also PIP does not require complicated set-up and the
pictures taken are immediately 'processed' by the computer in real time. So
it is possible to study the changes that goes on (in person's body or
immediate surrounding) when someone is meditating or projecting energies
into the environment. If you are working with Kirlian - that option is not
possible at all. Finally, PIP is also not subjected to changes in the
humidity, magnetic fields, etc factors which may cause a distortion in
Kirlian pictures.
