Clem Engine Project

Hi All,

This post is intended to explore the possibility of pursuing a project to
replicate the Clem engine. The proposal involves contributions made by
interested parties (yourselves). The goal of such a project would be to
fabricate a working Clem engine and deliver the resulting/ongoing technical
data freely to the public, as talked about in recent posts to this list.

To this end it is vital that we understand the feasibiliy of funding this
project. It is expected that project costs would probably run into a few
thousand dollars, although accurate costing would be worked out after your
collective interest level is determined. This is a preliminary exploration
of the feasibility of undertaking such a venture.

At this stage I am prepared to commit $100 to the project in the event that
a specific funding target is met. That funding target would be determined
at a later project costing stage and no contributions would be expected
before then. A commitment to contribute is all that is asked for at the
moment - although that commitment should be 'real'. This is an opportunity
to get involved in a substantial effort towards our (hopefully) common
goals: a working self running energy device.

Contributions should be based on your own good sense. I can afford $100,
others may contribute/afford more or less. I consider that $100 would be a
small price for resulting information that is NOT based on claims or
theory. And of course the very real possibility that successfull
replication of the Clem engine may result is worth much more.

Please post your comments/commitments to this thread. Lets see what we're
dealing with here...

Regards, Bill.
