Well, I know both Jeff and Steve, both prone to
exaggeration..<g>......the article you refer to was indeed written by
Tesla but the rest would have to be an anecdotal account.

Hmmm, 200 watts really isn't a lot of power and would provide for a
very bright light. However, I just don't know any way to produce such
a thing...an alternator it says, well that's logical, maybe one of
those windup spring things like the Baygen hand powered radio??

With the right kind of spring, that might be able to produce some real
power for a brief time like 10 minutes...how interesting!!
