i belive jerry is upset with the process due to perreault using the word
"fission" with it's connotations of unclean waste and uncontrolled radiation.
also i think he belives radiation from nuclear reactions is to "standard" or
part of normal science for it to be practical overunity. i think that
radiation is fine for over-unity myself (although not as good as say magnetic
over-unity) bruce's proccess is interesting and "alpha fission" shouldn't be
dismissed out of hand.
