Hi Steve,

yeah thats the idea and goal... see my previous postings on
electonic telepathy... for the hardware based idea... the software
shouldnt, I dont think, produce anywhere near the same dramatic
results but from what I understand to date it should have a noticeable
possibly even somewhat measurable result... I have an idea which may
allow for subtle m-field manipulation and attentuation... although
its probably a long shot.. however mental conditioning of a group
can still be done even with out direct m-field manipulation
( I think ?).

See Sheldrakes book 'Prescence of the Past', specifically the section
on how others seem to 'tune' into other peoples memories &
experiences...

The software technique is actually pretty darn simple, but I'm hoping
that there is an effective principle behind it? I have noticed that
it seems to modify behaviour? ( but only have mostly anecdotal
info on that) also I believe that actual info and tech info may be
transferable on a subtle level.... there is some hard data on this
but sketchy.... will provide further info as time permits... in process
of moving.... so its gonna take me awhile and I gotta collect all my
thoughts and get it down right.... hope this helps...
