Hi Peter!

Wow, went by the post today and picked up the mail, took it to work and
couldn't put down the papers you sent...that's the most incredible thing
I've seen in quite awhile...running off AIR?? I have two files on the
website about this and both inventors are very secretive about what is
actually going on, but both involved scoops that collected air...as I
understood it, oxygen is somehow removed and compressed, then injected
into the cylinder where it explodes with some force when subjected to
the high voltage spark from the plug. The trick is not only sucking in
enough air but extracting the oxygen at sufficienct volume to keep the
engine running...the things both run cold, even to the point of ice
forming on the engine....

Your paper might also have a correlation to Keely's dry vapor which he
MECHANICALLY extracted from water and which had expansive properties
that were scalable...

Who wrote the file and is it OK to post it online? This could certainly
get people excited enough to build them and report back to add to the
knowledge base.

I think you'll be pleased with the Moray paper I'm sending, now it
doesn't give details on how to build but the theory certainly indicates
how a circuit could tap into the thermal effect. I'll also send you a
copy of the Einstein Unified Field theory that was supposed to have been
'recalled'...it is partly in German and I am having it translated to
post...and maybe some other goodies...thanks Peter!
