while there.

Yes, good question, why does it require a precise number of people, not
more, not less? And it should work on other masses....hhhmmm, maybe it
does and you just have to balance the number of people with the mass?
That balance would be the equivalent of tuning for the mass being
tested.
Seems like this test could be done using piezos or speakers attached to
the mass, and hoping their is not some bio-energy or mind energy
involved, otherwise it gets spooked back up.
So could all those people lift that stone manually without all the
falderal? Or does the stone only become susceptible to lift when the
chanting and finger touching is done?
Could the determinant be the mass of the object, the size, the
composition, the SHAPE, or a combination of these?
What if we have missed this because of the confusion from religious or
superstitious claims associated with it...just wonder and amazement as a
sign of god, when in fact, it is very simple, very elementary physics of
a different order than we currently know (but are beginning to suspect).
This case is another PRIME CANDIDATE for the 'gravitational spider'
effect where the distortions of the matter waves from the stone are
being REDIRECTED so that EITHER the background wavefronts are cancelled
to produce a lesser or zero gravity effect, OR, a very low level version
of the spider is produced.
The distinction has to be made because when dealing with gravity
control, we have three options;
1) increasing the weight of a mass
2) nullifying weight so the mass sits there but with zero weight,
IT DOES NOT RISE INTO THE AIR, it just balances with incoming
gravity and is literally light as a feather
3) decreasing the weight of a mass to cause it to levitate and ASCEND
with a speed dependent on the amplitude/intensity of the spider
a) a weak spider effect would produce a floating balloon type
drift upwards
b) a stronger spider would make the mass rise with great speed
and 'lifting' power

Though I suggest anyone interested read the entire set of pages to
understand how this was proven, how it completely destroys special
relativity and the Lorentz contraction and what it will lead to if we
can figure out HOW to produce and USE the technique.
There has to be some kind of standing wave pattern imparted to the mass
with a phase variant of less than .5 cps. That means from 0 to LESS
than 180 degrees of a wave...at 180 degrees the wave is cancelled which
completely defeats our purpose.
These effects apparently involve MORE than one frequency since Keely
used several vibrators and Ivanovs paper shows from 2 to 3 frequencies
to produce the spider effect.
Ivanov says he hasn't yet been able to produce levitation or weight loss
but I think it is because it takes more than the frequencies currently
tested and I believe the best effect will be when those frequencies
relate to the mass fundamental frequency. Plus the Russian scientists
are in severe financial straits over there and are struggling just to
live. Ivanov did his initial research in 1981 and has been building on
that as he can. If a group or business or better yet, a patron or group
of them would finance some of these guys, they would certainly profit.
As much as I'd like to see them funded, I'll stay on track and say, in
other words, ONE or a group of frequencies will not work with ALL
masses....to paraphrase, 'everything is relative' so the mass frequency
determines what is needed for that PARTICULAR MASS...in other words, it
has to be TUNED....and that in turn could be a correlative to Keely's
'graduation' where the constituents of the mass aggregate are all
harmonized for the least resistance and thus more easily susceptible to
acoustic waves that interfere with aether/zpe/gravity influx.
