I believe you are referring to the same guy who
Flanagan worked with....something about aerodynamic
flows.

Along the lines of Reyonlds numbers (who by the way,
came up with the dilatant matrix version of the
aether.

I think Reynolds aether matrix is far more descriptive
of aether interactions than dancing around with
'springy space' and 'negative pressure' that the FIFTH
ELEMENT post from New Scientist provided.
