Thinking about it more it would appear that if you tuned the resistance and
inductance of the circuit you could draw more energy, at worst all it would
seem to take would be a number of parallel coils and such.
the voltage supplied must be important, electrostatic did not work (I tested
that) nor would 230v AC I am willing to bet, it needs to be a pulsed DC or AC
at high voltages, what kind of freq. is best is not known but it worked with
50hz. (I had a 12kv transformer)
This is a free energy effect despite that it was started by a joke, Would a
smooth DC voltage work? apparently not but no current is needed except for
leakage current of a microamp or two, There were ways to increase the flow and
if indeed no current is needed (I swear it was not rectifying the current or
anything, I did tests that ruled all these objections out)
I also got it to work with only resistors (and the microamp meter) and no
diodes, this was less effective but it did work, it seems that this could be
made to work with simply a non linear resistor, that is to say with simply a
bunch of resistors in series with values that have a clear direction.

I was lead to these test not knowing of Avramenko's plug even though most of
my test were very close to his except I used one diode and a pulsed DC, What I
first found was that if you have a wire from a charged piece of metal from the
above transformer and attached a wire going to a meter and the other wire
going back to that charged metal, I found that current flowed when one of the
wires was rubbed on the metal, so both wires were attached to the same metal
but one is in motion along the surface.

In all cases current direction was totally independent of applied polarity.
