I was just on the chat with a couple of people and thought I would
share some of my part in the clarification of the inertialess rotor.

It can run at any speed, but you'll still
need the energy to
power it. However, it is a master piece

imagine a sphere spining like a bike
wheel, say in a
counterclockwise direction.Then give it a
second spin, by
rotating it from north to south. Couple
these two movements
together, and you have developed an
infolding type manuver, or
force.
