Fascinating paper on Aetheric Weather Engineering, thanks! I reposted

explained that KeelyNet and I as a rule use Aether as the true word for
the old time, all pervasive force as opposed to the chemical ether which
would make etherIC incorrect.
The term has been around for thousands of years with that specific
spelling and I'm not presumptuous enough to change it...<g>.....

You know, I only used that term 'punching holes' as an analogy, to my
understanding what is really going on is a reduction of the local aether
density, more specially a localized, highly targeted cancellation so I
figured a hole was about the best analogy.
Mass has been referred to by a professor at Woolagong University in
Australia as 'holes in the aether' into which aether flows, conjugates
against the OPPOSITELY FLOWING INFLUX and crystallizes into matter...it
is essentially a bubble or soliton or standing wave in space and thus a
perfect scalar (180 degrees out of phase due to input colliding with
input).
Of course this occurs on MANY LEVELS thus Peter Kelly's finding that
natural scalars are nested scalars consisting of bubbles within bubbles.
I guess the main realization is that equally matched opposing forces
crashing against each other, roil like ocean waves to form matter.
With regard to aether engineering, Trevor Constable and Reich take
advantage of the ability of certain geometries to be able to pick up
incoming aether waves and retroreflect them so that they TOO roil on
themselves to manifest water vapor, then clouds which precipitate into
rain.
This principle has permutations which are incredible and I won't expand
on them here, however that is what KeelyNet has been doing, correlating
how free energy, gravity and health all relate to control of aether
influx....there are many other permutations including weather control,
disintegration, manifestation, transmutation, time and space anomalies
that will one day be controlled.
So our main focus has remained as stated and those are the targets to
FIRST achieve, the rest will follow as a natural consequence as more
come to realize the implications and what all the basic discovery will
lead to.
There are major keys here that tie in with Keely's discovery of a
'mechanically generated cold dry vapor' that comes from water...this
vapor is expansive and is supposed to be able to be expanded to any
desired pressure dependent on the capacity of the equipment. It is only
the tip of the iceberg and we have failed to this point to achieve even
that, 100 years later....but as one of my past employers used to say
when he reneged on a promise, 'things change'....<g>...just so...
