Yeah, the Time Camera designs have galvanic skin response tuning, some
of them, but are also supposed to be succeptible to preconcieved
notions of past and future events...

Seem the most straightfoward way of explaining That might be that the
galvanic skin electricity carries a component of holographic
information.

The rest of it, the way information is stored or lingers, sound a lot
like non-linear concepts as well.

Depending on the amount of stroking, or maybe not, there could be
friction electricity, triboelectricity... perhaps non-linear things
when exceeding some very low threshhold?

I'd say in general psychometry is pretty likely to be something very
much like that...
