Hi David!

IMO, all of your concerns about WHY we don't have free energy YET breaks
down to one simple problem with some side issues.

Basically, no one has demonstrated a working tabletop demo that others
can build independently to verify the effect.

Whether that be in a kit or plans that by god work, when others can
directly experience the wonder of a working device, it will take off
like wildfire and the inventor will be bombarded with all kinds of
opportunities, offers and later awards for his/her sharing the basic
technology. That is why we had the shareware offer at;

http://www.keelynet.com/share.htm

Instead the inventor goes nuts and seeks big money to build an
overcomplex unit that fails to meet the inventors promises and the
investors expectations. That in addition to ego, power and greed, all
of which come into the mix, either singly or combined.

One other MAJOR flaw is that of wanting to PERFECT THE DEVICE. We
should all learn from Keely on this one as documented in the new book by
Theo Paijmans 'Free Energy Pioneer: John Worrell Keely' where it clearly
shows how over a 30 year period, despite numerous public demonstrations
and PROMISES of production equipment, Keely failed to be content with
what he'd done and willing to put it into production that others might
help resolve any glitches. He kept it close to his chest all those
years and died with many of his secrets LOST.

So, forget about PERFECTING IT....just discover the anomaly, make sure
others can duplicate that anomaly and LET IT GO that others can HELP to
develop it to something useful.

What follows is a TRUE story that happened with some in our group about
6 years ago.

I know a guy who lives very close to me. He has over 50 patents and is
a retired thermodynamics engineer. He has a turbine system which he
claims will produce way overunity, enough to easily produce 10KW and
self-run requiring nothing but AIR! He does say it is more efficient
with other gases, but air works fine.

He did a presentation to a small group of friends here and it was so
excellent, one of our friends wanted to cut him a check for $5,000
despite never having seen hardware.....this is a GRAVE ERROR on the part
of many investors, not seeing proof that could be independently tested,
just taking someone flash presentation.

I explained to him that we too were excited but we ALL need to see a
working machine that we can TEST...he agreed and put up his checkbook.

We asked the inventor how much he would need to make a prototype that we
could test and verify ABSOLUTELY as working and self-running over a
period of at least a month and he said about $50,000 would be all that
he would need.

That would include paying for his time, equipment, parts, construction
to have a WORKING and TESTED UNIT...he said he had one but it wasn't
hardy enough to be run for a long period or easily moved. He would
guarantee it would be self-running and produce at least 5KW continuous.

We were each FULLY PREPARED to put up $5,000 with the expectation of
proving the unit OURSELVES then seeking more funding for manufacture
here in Texas. I believe the deal was we would patent, license and
manufacture the device locally and he would get something on the order
of 20-30% of the profits from each unit made, after our initial
investments were repaid.

This was quite awhile ago and I don't recall the exact arrangement, but
he agreed and we setup a time for a demo. We assured him the patent
would be in his name and we would work to protect his interest and our
investment without any shenanigans. Our primary interest was to get
working units out to the world and we would be the INITIAL suppliers,
though others could license the technology and improve on it, as our
inventor friend would be able to do as consultant/chief scientist to the
company.

The witnesses to this preliminary test of the machine were to be me and
a person of my choosing. One of those butterfly investor reps from
England got wind of this and popped in. He wanted so badly to see the
machine that he told the inventor his 'group' had around 60 million of
venture capital and could get up to 300 million.

The inventor fell into the trap and his eyes just lit up. He then
insisted that it be only me and this butterfly investor rep.

I was totally pissed because I knew this guy to never have done a single
worthwhile thing in the time I'd known him, making this bogus 'offer'
without ever having fulfilled one single promise. He had screwed up
several inventor arrangements with these big buck promises that skewed
the mind of the inventor so badly they could not see they were being
trolled for information.

So, our inventor went nuts and started talking about all this money he
NOW NEEDED. Where before $50,000 was AMPLE, now he wouldn't consider
such a deal unless it started at 10 million, then he increased it to 30,
then 60 million...totally lost it because of a flakes 'promises' of
'potential' funding should the device work.

Well, it came time for the demonstration so the flake from England flew
in and we met at the guys house. The inventor was and is very paranoid
and I tried to explain to him about this guys promises and that he was
ruining his chances with his now asking for such vast sums of money, but
he wouldn't budge, having faith in the butterfly investor rap.

We went to the garage and here were all these turbine blades, some
finished, many not, made from sheet and other metals. Hanging from a
chain suspended from a rafter in the garage was this housing. It looked
like a cannister vacuum cleaner and was obviously heavy. I'd say it was
about 2 feet deep by 1 foot in diameter.

He had it hooked up to a 220 3 phase motor to start the turbine. He
plugged it in and the internal turbines were being spun by this electric
motor. He showed no power coming out and when we asked him to unplug
the motor, he said the turbine would stop, that he'd not had a chance to
get it all put together before we met.

Now, this was over a period of about 3 months, so he had almost 2 months
to get it together and did not. He is retired and has no fixed
activities so we were very disturbed that he could not get it together
over a 2 month period.

However, having known the guy for awhile now, I still had some faith in
what he said and asked him to call me when he got it self-running and
I'd come back over for another demonstration and test. He said he would
do that but never did.

The butterfly investor rep said that wasn't good enough and he was no
longer interested. He and I had a BIG FALLING OUT because he had done
this on a couple of other occasions, tempting potential inventors with
these sugarplum business deals that he knew damn well he couldn't
fulfill.

What it did was to pollute the inventor with temptations of fantastic
profits that ruin all rational thought, then he just leaves after
ruining our chances to do something REAL.

So, he and I no longer communicate. I could never figure out what his
trip was, I knew he had money, because if he heard of anything, boom, he
was HERE from England in less than 2 days after hearing about it. He
said he represented a group of investors but I kind of think it was
government. I'm not paranoid but these kind of 'contacts' I didn't
NEED...<g>...so he's long gone.

At any rate, the inventor has never called and still lives there,
puttering around in his garage with no hope of backing. I called him
once after this and he said he hadn't been able to get the unit
self-running for a demo, but I still think he has something based on his
original presentation. Perhaps I can get him to put that on videotape
and I can strip it to papers and diagrams. It was truly well done and
had all of us going. I keep his contact info in my back pocket ready
for when we get our own lab going and he will be contacted again, at the
time we were ready to do something, but 'things change'.

He is using air instead of 'cooking oil' to tap the same effect as the
Clem engine, negative VISCOSITY....but that's another story...

Back to your original concerns, in the above experience;

1) Initial Good Faith Offer on both sides
the inventor was initially just wanting to get his machines
in use and we were ready to provide some initial backing

2) Inventor Fails to provide proof
the inventor FAILED over a 2 month window to provide a
self-sustained unit which he had PROMISED he could do at
will

3) Inventor falls prey to false promises
the inventor let GREED take over and somehow skewed his
ability to be rational - we were still willing at the
test point to fulfill our initial deal of $50,000 but
the inventor failed to prove the claim

Despite how wonderful his presentation was, despite seeing his workshop
with numerous home made turbines (some very well done) and his forms, he
failed in his demo. And the last time I talked to him, he was still not
able to get it self-running.

The PERFECT QUOTE for this case;

> Only his machines WOULD NOT WORK because the copper
> and bronze of his devices would
> not acknowledge THE TRUTH of his philosophies.
>

We'll get it eventually by all working together. I can hear Ken
Shoulders and Don Lancaster now, saying, "yeah, you'll get it when you
realize free energy is IMPOSSIBLE"...<g>....hey, they mean well and
we'll just have to show them TOO!!
