What an interesting and novel idea, a way to combine the Neurophone with
the RIFE plasma device for rapid or near instantaneous transfer of
information between a receptive (student) and a transmissive (teacher).
Hmm...I've heard there is a telepathic ability when two (or more)
nervous systems resonate at the same frequency, per Flanagan and that it
was at this point that the effect occurs.
