You know, the PoP could easily get out of control and go nuts with such a
deluge of material....really, the essence will be that specific hardware
claims were made, then a timeline showing whether the machine was ever
brought to production where it could be purchased. From all the evidence
I have seen, nothing has ever been brought to production, even on a
limited scale....I am told there is a German company who is selling an
overunity motor and have a page somewhere advertising it...on the order
of $4000 each. Pat Bailey has done quite a good list on the INE site
with his device database, which I plan to link to....the INE website is

Maybe a simplified questionaire format giving a yes/no response for the
various aspects, though the main focus will be, was a claim made, was a
device/product offered for purchase.....appended with, was the device
verified by outside independent tests, followed by were those test
parameters posted and available for researchers....it could get quite
hairy....simplify, focus, reduce to the essence....
