Interesting point.....shares in the company as opposed to franchises,
distributorships, 'information'....anything but product.
So Blacklight moves to the URLs seeking money for a claim. Further note,
Scott Little recently sent a letter to Blacklight with the following;

Unproven and offering assistance to verify to be followed by serious

least reported by Little).
