Not so, as far as I know. Guy Negre, the inventor, is well-versed with
Formula 1 car-racing motors, where compressed air is often used,
especially on starting. This led him to conceive a car that runs ONLY on
compressed air. Now, I'm not sure about the way his motor was summarized
by Science & Vie magazine. I'll request some documentation direct from
Guy Negre and his company CQFD.
