I didn't know that about Bell and the selenium test. You might be on
to something with using a doped conductor as an antenna or collection
plate IF it is primarily frequencies that are involved and not just
accelerated charges.
Dan Davidson said he was told by Henry Moray, Sr. that he did in fact
use a radium doped antenna to assist in gathering charge for his
Radiant Energy device...the real one, not the bogus claims & versions
being touted nowadays, none of which remotely approach overunity or
Morays results. Those who just don't 'get it' are stuck on the idea
that radioactivity is the only key to free energy. Not so but the
proof will be in the first self-running overunity prototype that
others can build and prove.
I've been thinking off and on about this vacuum idea and it seems it
would just need a stimulous, like high intensity, short discharge arcs
or magnetic impulses in the vacuum and directed towards but not
actually striking a conductor which would pull the energy out.
I'm thinking impulse stimulated aether entrainment producing a kind of
repetitive, rather successive waves of aether, like waves striking a
beach.
There is a guy in England named Spencer who has a patent for a vacuum
chamber that had a central cathode surrounded by a cylinder of anodes
and separated by a vacuum space, like a pencil in the middle of a cup.
He claims that high voltage placed on the anode cylinder will be
attracted to the central cathode, so he uses either a coil underneath
this arrangement or high voltage deflection plates (unsure which as
I've not checked into it recently, but either should work) to
magnetically sweep the electrons in a high velocity rotation that
spirals in to strike the cathode.
As it moves through the vacuum at high velocity, it collects
additional energy which appears on the cathode. Reports are the
cathode gets very hot but that he is producing upwards of about 30kw
or more.
I don't remember all the details, but I need to scan in and post that
patent as I finally got a copy about 6 years ago, where the guy made
me agree to keep quiet about it, but now its free to talk about as
I've seen it elsewhere in the print and reference.
The guy who gave me the copy was involved with an investment team
working with Spence and he told me the technical problem was that the
high heat and enormous power caused severe pitting and erosion of the
anode cylinder but they had high hopes for it.
Well, it's been several years now and I've not heard anything about it
so perhaps its time to make a file.
Chernetskii indicates that a special CYCLOIDAL pattern (this is the
key to inertial drives) just 'appears' when high density magnetic
impulses are directed into a vacuum chamber filled with inert gas.
That pattern collimates the electron flow in the plasma and directs it
towards a conductive collector so that power can be tapped from the
device.
This is where the work of Ron Kovac comes into play as he has been
experimenting with the generation of particular shaped patterns in
plasma.
There also is a correlation with Russian scientist Dr. Ivanov who
refers to a spider interference pattern that appears to directly
interact with gravity and energy.
I have the paper (roughly translated from the Russian) and permission
to post without the equations, but haven't had the chance to get it
all online. I sent out copies to several folk and they don't seem to
pick up on its importance, OR I am delusional, again..<g>.... but when
you read it the way I'll post it, you'll freak...or it will just
confirm another nut case...

We have so many clues and keys but who can devote full time with help
to build & test such claims?
I would love to do ONLY this kind of research every day as I'm sure
you and many others we know would also like to.
Unfortunately, patrons seem to fall for scams and errors rather than
have any kind of trust in correlations that would more likely lead to
real practical discoveries. That means we just have to do what we can
with our own limited funds and time.
