Yes, I have only seen one article on it which I typed up years ago and
posted on the old KeelyNet BBS back in 1995...I've been meaning to
compile ALL the KeelyNet files and post them, zipped up for free
downloading by anyone...it takes some time to do that...
Anyway, yes, I understand Frenette claimed to be heating his 2 story, 12
room house with one simple heater that consisted of that very rotating
drum you mention, it was used to heat the oil...the oil was then pumped
through a radiator over which a fan blew to circulate through the house.
As I recall Frenette claimed it only cost 15 cents per day to heat his
entire house during the coldest of winters....that's a bit questionable
as a fan would take more power than that, but I think he was referring
specifically to the heating method.
Nowadays, this method is called 'hydrosonics' and a fellow named Griggs
is using almost the exact same method. He even sells the unit but makes
no claims as them being overunity, just unusually efficient
heaters..<g>..he says with a very high COP (coefficient of performance
which can be equated to overunity ratings).
I met Griggs at a conference a few years back and he was a very
passionate guy as he knows he has something that could potentially
benefit a lot of people and save a lot of fuel.
It's weird I did a search to see if there were any documents about
Griggs on the net and found nothing (except for one of the con artists
trying to sell the BBS files for his personal gain)!!
Well, I don't know what the price of the Griggs units are but I think he
lives somewhere down south, like North Carolina, but I don't know
exactly where....since no one has done it yet, guess I should whip up a
file with some details....
The field of hydrosonics has many contenders but in my opinion Griggs is
the man of the moment....there is the Russian device called the Yusmar
invented and being sold by by Dr. Potapov, the claims are that a vortex
design produces heating similar to the Frenette and Griggs units. Here

The verdict is still out on the Yusmar in this country because Scott
Little and Hal Puthoff down in Austin bought one but never got it to run
overunity as the claim said...I'm not even sure they got the anomalous
heating that was the main selling point.

You'll have to run through it looking but you might find something of
use. I'm not sure if Frenette or Griggs got patents but for my money,
Griggs has working units that he sells now.
Just discarding any overunity claims, the devices do seem to offer hope
for non-polluting, very high efficiency heating devices and thats a
great start.
I have a friend who built a house up in Plainview. He had large stones
placed under the floors with pipes that circulate hot water over them
during the day...the stones continue to hold and re-radiate heat to keep
his house comfortable all during the winter as the heat radiates up
through the floors.
When it comes to cooling, I am told there is a company here in Rockwall
(small town outside Dallas) who will dig up your yard and install pvc
sewage sized pipes (about 6" to 10") depending on how much money you
want to spend, they cover it all back up with earth but the pipes are
about 6 feet underground...they do this in a long grid all under your
backyard so that air has to move through the entire length of the pipe,
like one of those old pneumatic tubes that was used to send messages in
large buildings.
The idea being that the earth stays a constant temperature from 6-10
feet down being about 68 degrees....so one fan blowing air into this
tunnel pipe and another fan sucking the air out, the air will be cooled
as it traverses this very long pipe, so you get very cheap air
conditioning and climate control year round, because the temperature
underground isn't affected by topside temperatures, even during the
winter...that sounds like a great way to lower your house climate
control bills and keep your house a relatively constant 68 degrees.
I couldn't find the FRENETTE.ASC file locally or on the net except from
the one ripoff artist who of course is selling what was intended to be
freely distributed....I really need to get all those files together and
posted for free....too many just can't see any of this in the light it
was intended...all they see is a way to use it to make money for
themselves....so sad...time to short circuit these
'miscreants'...<g>..good luck in your quest...
