this is a final hought on teslas radiant energy plate....it is well
known that brightly polished metal zinc in particular will drain a
negativlely charged capacitor in bright light because of surface
emmissions of photoelectrons TESLA MEARLY USED THIS EFFECT TO CHARGE A
CAPACITOR WITH HIS SOLAR ENERGY PLATE A CRUDE FORM OF SOLAR CELL..T he
plate he shows in his patent ref. to exp. circuit files on radngy is a
highly polished metal plate in bright sunlight it will charge positivly
as electrons are emmitted by the plates photoelectric effect the problem
is the more the plate charges positive the more the electrons stay stuck
by electrostatic force to the plate
HOWEVER IF A STRONG WIND BLOWS THE ELECTRONS OFF WE MAY HAVE A NEW
CONCEPT TO WORK ON BY USING THERMAL EMMISSION OF ELECTRONS FROM A COIL
INCANDESCENT HEATER IN A STRONG UPDRAFT (ADAMSKIS UFO DESIGN AS AN
EXAMPLE REF. POWER COIL) WE MAY KEEP A CAPACITOR CHARGED INDEFINETLY BY
BLOWN OFF ELECTRONS THE THERMAL ELECTRON EMMISSION COIL BEING CONSTANTLY
REHEATED BY FEEDBACK FROM THE CAPACITOR BANK...THIS IS NOT NEW SCIENCE A
WIND ENERGY RESEARCHER HAS GENIORATED POWER BY BLOWING CHARGED WATER
DROPLETS IN A WIND TUNNEL.....WITH THERMAL ELECTRONS BEING BLOWN AWAY
DIRECTLY IN AN UPDRAFT YOU WOULDNT NEED THE WATER DROPLETS ...
