I wonder if one of these plates that this dude is talking about, if allowed
to charge, and if the postitive pole was UP, if it would LOSE WEIGHT? It
would be VERY INTERESTING if there is any "Biefield Brown Effect" in these
capacitors when they are charged!
Billy, have you every considered doing any experiments with one or more of
these sheets to see if there is any evidence of the Biefield-Brown effect?
