Perl script, eh? What exactly do you have in mind, here? Some kind of
telnetable chat-room run off a perl script, or am I missing something?
(I would say 'goto IRC' - but I gather not everybody has access to IRC...
and besides that, the threat of dozens of giggling masses invading the
conversation and turning intelligent discussion into useless banter is too
great a risk, ne?)

I like it, I like it. Weekly sessions sound good -- give a chance for
everyone on the list to get together and swap ideas.
