Jerry: My shop is in Garland, with GTE phone service. I can only get on
line at 26,400 there. At my apt. I have SWB phone service and connect at
44,600 with the same modems in both computers. That whole industrial area
in Garland has fiber cable. Maybe things will improve! Norm
