Actually this is not surprising many attempts with electrocution using
micro currents have been demonstrated to essentially electrocute bacteria
etc. but have been suppressed by the chemical and pharmaceuticals. One of
the best examples was a method shown by John Crane ( Rife's associate) on
this idea using micro currents in liquids to completely sterilize the
liquid but he was unable to sell the idea.
