Hi Bill,

Thanks. Yes, I belive that's the one I was thinking of. I found a
reference to him in this document
http://www.spiritweb.org/KeelyNet/Public-Messages/m3800.txt.html and Jerry
even mentions something interesting:

"A correlation for all reading this, is Bearden's paper regarding the
Final Secret. With respect to the "relaxation time" of various
materials, it has come to our attention that standard off the shelf
COAX, which has a BRAIDED outside SHEILD wire, surrounding a plastic
DIELECTRIC (relaxation) that in turn surrounds a solid core copper
wire, IS just such a "collector" that Bearden recommends. This has
been proven in one machine that we are aware of.
The braid somehow traps scalar potentials, more precisely it appears to
function as a template of miniature hyperspatial gateways that channel
the energy into the load through the plastic dielectric. "

I just had an idea about using a cap inside of a coil and, as always, at the
time I read about the Hendershot device I didn't. So thanks to everyone for
the info.

Ed
