Here is some info that might be interested about electrically energized
water;
I was at a conference in Los Angeles a few years ago where Walter
Baumgartner demonstrated the water thread experiment....using high velocity
(+90 psi) water shooting out of a needle jet (needle was one use to air up
footballs) into an insulated bucket.....the water glowed (Lenard effect)
while in operation and after a short period of running, a halo appeared
around the nozzle that consisted of orbiting very fine water droplets....it
all glowed with a pale blue light in the dark of the room.
He said the amount of levitation and intensity of glow was directly
proportionate to the 'zeta potential' of the water....that is how much
energy the water could hold....he said the water in LA was really poor
quality because the water thread experiment usually produced spectacular
results. I have a bad photo of the levitating ring from an old Borderlands
magazine.
A similar effect occurs with water knives where they squirt water out at
something on the order of 40-50,000 psi.....extremely high voltages are
produced which requires the head and nozzle to be grounded for safety.
There are also old documents describing using high speed water and steam as
electrical generators using this ripping apart of the molecules that
releases the electricity (Lenard discovered this).
