Ok, I'll bite.....need some more info though, specifically;

1) how is the guy picking it up?, ie antenna, acoustic, etc...
2) where is this guy reading this signal (location of the world)
3) has he measured it in other places
4) does the amplitude vary when measured at different spots

I was just in an electronics store tonite and they had freq counters and
scopes all turned on and none were locked to anything like this
frequency. Some had coax connected probes, others with nothing attached,
but many were on so you could see the clarity, resolution and brightness
of display....nice stuff (as I wipe the drool off my chin)....
