Quenching Electron flows

Hi Folks!

This is a question posed on freenrg-l and my response that you might find
of interest...it specifically deals with the numerous reports of power
disruptions and ponders the cause. Because it might lead to an
interesting way to 'snuff', 'quench' or interfere with energy flow, I am
reposting it here.

With regard to;
> the power interruption by UFOs problem

Bearden referred to the reports as a 'quenching' effect where the normal
speed of electrons moving through a conductor were interrupted or slowed
by virtue of some kind of interference, probably a certain frequency.

There is a report that I believe was published in Walter Baumgartners now
defunct 'Energy Unlimited' newsletter that recounted a story from back in
the 1950's playing with his fathers' WWII transceiver....the kid was just
sweeping through the dial and broadcasting on many different channels.

The story goes on that the kid put it on one certain channel, totally
random twist of the dial, switched it to transmit and was distracted away
from the transmitter when he left the house.

Within minutes, all vehicle electrical systems within about a 2 mile
radius of the house stopped working and cars and trucks in the area
simply stopped running. After this went on for awhile, somehow the FCC
got involved and managed to triangulate on the source of the disturbance
where they confiscated the radio and the frequency was of course not
mentioned. But the story indicates it could well be within our capacity
(no pun intended) to achieve.

The report correlates almost exactly with what happens in the presence of
UFO type phenomena, close proximity of course....another odd effect, in
some cases, even after the UFO departs it takes a few minutes before the
vehicle will again start. Kind of a remanence effect that has to
dissipate before the electrons can once again 'come to speed'.
