Hi Karl!

You suggested electromagnetic particle projection as being a possible
method of duplicating the Hurwich effect.

The article said;
> Hurwich went to work in his basement with $50 worth of spare parts,
> and within a week had assembled a working model to test his theory.

It also called it an electromagnetic screen. The device that was tested
was under a table covered with a sheet so any physical particles would
have been blocked.

I've puzzled about this since finding that document. It couldn't have
been any kind of self-tuning thing, that is, it would latch onto the
resonant frequency of any conductive mass and reprojected a slightly
phase distorted version...not for $50 worth of general parts.

It has to be some kind of pulsing magnetic effect. I don't know how far
it could be projected but apparently it can be beamed in some way. So,
it must be electromagnetic.

It also was supposed to effect any conductive material, to me, that means
it could well be electrostatic...or magnetic.

Hmmm, some kind of combination of static and magnetic energy? That would
be something entirely new to my understanding.

Is there such a thing??? A magneto-static force?
