I wrote to Bruce Perrault to ask him about this. He said he never
told anyone that he didnt build the chlorine device. He said a neighbor
helped to get rid of a vacuum leak in the device. And a new associate of
his not only built one but is considering rebuilding the chlorine setup
for an upcoming conference if he has time.
Also he said he was going to demonstrate some new prototype at the next
April Tesla Conference in Phoeniz Az and again in July giving a workshop
at the Exotic Research conference in Mesa, Az. He went onto to tell me
that this was achieved without radiation. If so he may get the reward
money. The added radiation will allow EXCESS energy to be produced. The
circuitry actually is an improved Gray circuit from his patent. Gray
could run loads four or five times longer with the circuit than with
normal DC or AC power, this by definition fits the term over-unity.
Doesnt it?
I dont know if you have read about his converter tube but it uses the
Bahlmann star-mode for greater regulation. The tube can use tripoli
(very fine grained sand) that has a small amount of chlorine with or
WITHOUT radioactive material. Like all of you I'd prefer without
radiation. The radioactive material increases efficiency many fold. The
radioactive material that he uses comes directly from the earth and is
not harmful. So he claims I dont know about this. Is there such a
thing? The radioactive material from commercial nuclear reactors is the
stuff that is deadly toxic is what I always heard about. I guess if we
could get radium cloride to put into
the new tube designs then we would really be humming! How many people do
you think actually put the radioactive material into the chlorine tubes?
Why do you think people got poor results with the tube? This is in his
plan drawings! The capture capacitor is an additional componant to the
newer designs. It actually adds energy to the plasma flow in the
converter tube. Does this sound like conventional nuclear energy
conversion to you? Didn't Tesla believe that radiant matter was a
retransmitter of ZPE because it is in tune with it? If this is not a
true Aether converter then what is?

But what if it is an Aether converter? Are we just shying away cause
it is using radium? I think it deserves as much investigation as other
things named on this server. And remember he did claim that it could
work WITHOUT the radium. Let's at least test that part out. Maybe we
can substitute something for radium?

PS Jerry I know you dont much care for his stuff. But if he is able to
deliver this chlorine device WITHOUT radiation it may just pass the PoP
test and we can celebrate. (It'd better be in my home state of Texas.
I get tired of 40 below in Alaska.) So I thought it only approriate to
add this bit of info to the list. For consideration of it WITHOUT the
radiation. I dont like playing with the stuff.
