Recently was reading "Electronic Design", January 12, 1998 at the
library.
In a section called TECH INSITES there were a series of articles on
Intellectual Property - IP, which as far as I could discern was the
rights
to a persons ideas that were used in software and hardware
implementations
of a company product.
It seems to me that a great deal of IP has been accumulated at Keelynet
and
associated WEB locations, as part of the Technical Shareware concept
this
idea of Public Domain ideas as a service-to-others resource may be
useful.
If it works for the corporations it may be useful.
