Bruce, what I'm saying is that you *SHOULD* give it away -- draw your
income from something else. Technology should remain free. For instance,
I don't make a living doing this stuff (I'm just a thinker at the moment -
I don't have the budget for any experimentation)... I do computer
maintenance and programming on the side. That's where my income comes
from. Once I actually get some quality programs distributed commercially,
I'll be making enough money so that I can afford to experiment and
distribute my results freely.
Now do you see where I'm coming from on this?
