The program is FREE, however, I must advise you that
my non-disclosure form is very strict. You need to
sign and mail this form to be accepted into the program.
You will also be required to pay for your own hardware.
You probably have most of the parts hanging around your
workbench.

Once the program begins you will be given your own
PASSWORD to open your downloaded PDF file.
After the program ends you will be required to submit
a report of the performance of your beta-prototype.
You are encouraged to offer any improvements to the
design.
What will you get? You will be allowed to use your
prototype for your own personal use. You will also
have first option to be a dealer of slated products
in your area. How's that for starters?
This program was created by me to validate and improve
on the technology. This program will establish us as
the people who got the first true "over-unity" device
out the public.
After the completion of the program you are encouraged
to share your experience with the Keelynet news-group
and any other news-group or media to promote the techonolgy.
