Dr. Atkinson,

Canadian Diane Murray is right. MDs working in private practice and in
state health departments do NOT generally obtain truly informed consent
prior to vaccinating.

Here in Oregon, the Certificate of Immunization [sic] Status (CIS) has a
block where a parent's signature ONLY (no MD or religious authority
necessary) will exempt a child from vaccination; yet neither the State of
Oregon nor The Oregonian (Oregon's largest newspaper) openly inform parents
of this simple exemption.

Worse, The Oregonian newspaper routinely (and intentionally) fails to tell
parents about the parent's signature exemption when it tells them that their
children - if not vaccinated - will be thrown out of school on "Expulsion
Day."

Also noteworthy, Oregon's Certificate of Immunization [sic] Status (CIS)
offers parents risks of NOT vaccinating - but does not offer parents risks
of vaccinating - clearly a violation of the common law doctrine of informed
consent.

Dr. Atkinson, you referred to Ms. Murray's inquiry as a "tirade."

Was this because she referred to CDC-condoned vaccination practices as
"assaults"?

Surely you are aware that CDC-condoned vaccination practice constitute
assault and BATTERY...

According to the common law doctrine of informed consent, medical
interventions - however necessary and flawlessly performed - become assault
and BATTERY if informed consent is not obtained. See the quote (below) from
the California Supreme Court's decision in Daniel Thor v. The Superior Court
of Solano County 1993 C.D.O.S. 5658.

Perhaps you called Ms. Murray's post a "tirade" because she sees CDC's
behavior as being similar to that of "Hiltler's scientists and medical
doctors"?

Look again. Oregon's vaccination behavior - and your snippy reply to Ms.
Murray - ARE behavior similar to the behavior of ""Hiltler's scientists and
medical doctors."

According to Shipman [1994]:

“The systematic killing began in 1939 with retarded or handicapped children
under the age of three...Most sinister of all is the fact that these
physicians and nurses were not ordered to kill patients; they were simply
empowered to do so. The killing soon spread to adult psychiatric patients;
some 70,273 were killed by 1941....” [Shipman P. The evolution of racism:
human difference and the use and abuse of science. New York: Simon and
Schuster 1994:138]

Just as Nazi physicians initially killed relatively small groups of people
WITHOUT CONSENT - ostensibly "for the greater good" - American
MD-vaccinators kill small groups of people WITHOUT CONSENT - also ostensibly
"for the greater good"...

One main difference, though, is that the Nazi doctors knew in advance
EXACTLY who ostensibly had to die (ostensibly "for the greater good").

America's MD-vaccinators, on the other hand, keep us guessing as to who has
to die - they even keep THEMSELVES guessing - by failing to report serious
adverse reactions to their vaccinations.

Even though such reports are "essential" for determining safety, in 1993 FDA
Commissioner David Kessler, MD reported that MDs were failing to report up
to 99% of serious adverse MEDICATION reactions [Kessler JAMA 1993] - this
just a few years after Congress DEMANDED that MDs report serious adverse
VACCINATION reactions [Smith Pediatrics 1988].

The anti-scientific cherry-on-top is this: CDC's Vaccine Information Sheets
compare vaccine safety (unknown) to medication safety (unknown).

Sharon Humiston, MD is the (one?) author of CDC's Vaccination Information
Sheets.

I mention Dr. Humiston because of some odd comments Dr. Humiston made to me
a few years back...

I had called Dr. Humiston after Skip Wolfe of CDC's National Immunization
Program told me in a 12/1/94 note that he would add back to the "Parents'
Guide" the following statement (which appeared in the 1977 (first) edition
of "Parents' Guide"):

"The decision to have your children vaccinated is yours, alone, to make."

Obviously, this statement should never have been taken out - and it should
now appear on MANDATORY CDC Vaccination Information Sheets - along with
explicit mention of exemptions to state "mandatory" vaccination laws.

I telephoned Dr. Humiston back when it was first suggested to me that CDC
should include - EVERYWHERE it advertises vaccination - the simple 1977
statement ("The decision to have your children vaccinated is yours, alone,
to make").

The simple 1977 statement should be included, for example, on the CDC
Vaccination Information Sheets authored by Dr. Humiston.

Dr. Humiston told me that as a result of the 1993 Omnibus Reconciliation
Act, millions of Vaccine Information Sheets were shipped in October 1994.

When I protested that the sheets don’t mention that vaccination is an option
in many states, Dr. Humiston inferred that no one had asked that such
information be included on the sheets!

She assured me that she had composed the vaccine information sheets on
behalf of the CDC - with input of many groups - including anti-vaccination
groups. She told me that "15 attorneys" looked at the sheets; this in
response to my point that Kathi Williams of Dissatisfied Parents Together
had told me that her group had formally asked that the vaccine information
sheets inform parents of the vaccine exemption laws, but had been denied.
[Incidentally, I conversed with Judy Gant of CDC and Sharon Humiston, M.D.
of the University of Rochester 1994, Dec. 11 and 13, respectively.]

Kathi Williams’ statement on behalf of Dissatisfied Parents Together - that
CDC mention of vaccine exemptions had been requested - was verified by
Kristine M. Severyn, R.Ph., Ph.D. of Ohio Parents for Vaccine Safety, 251 W.
Ridgeway Dr., Dayton, OH 45459.

According to Dr. Severyn’s newsletter, P.L. 99-660 prohibits U.S. citizens
from suing drug companies until they have been denied compensation; and the
two out of three persons who file but do not receive compensation are at the
mercy of case law that holds that people can’t recover damages because they
were "warned" that vaccines are "unavoidably unsafe."

The words "warning" and "unavoidably unsafe" do not appear on Dr.
Humiston's/CDC's Vaccination Information Sheets!

Dr. Humiston’s "15 attorneys" (see above) are up to no good. Perusal of the
CDC/Humiston vaccine information sheet for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)
turns up this yet to be proved statement:

"The risks from the vaccine are *much smaller* [original italics] than the
risks from the diseases if people stopped using vaccine."

The fact is, we just don’t know that vaccine risks are "much smaller" than
natural disease - and we will never know as long as M.D.s keep refusing to
report serious adverse events.

The MMR Vaccine Information Sheet also states,

"As with any medicine, there are very small risks."

This implies that "any other medicine" carries "very small risks," which is
yet another unsubstantiated "15 attorney"Humiston/CDC claim.

As alluded to above, the FDA commissioner himself (David Kessler, M.D.)
stated in 1993,

"Only about 1% of serious events are reported to the FDA, according to one
study."

This means that "any other medicine" might actually be quite risky; and
since the CDC itself compared vaccine risk with the risk of "any other
medicine," vaccines might be just as risky as "any other medicine" - which
statement is just as worthless as the CDC/Humiston "very small risks"
statement.

We cannot possibly find out how much risk exists until physicians meet their
obligation to report serious adverse reactions to ALL the noxious substances
they foist onto the public.

FDA Commissioner Kessler instructed physicians in 1993,

"If an adverse event occurs in perhaps one in 5000 or even one in 1000
users, it could be missed in clinical trials but pose a serious safety
problem when released to the market." [Kessler DA. Introducing MEDWatch: a
new approach to reporting medication and device adverse effects and product
problems. JAMA (Jun2)1993;269(21):2765-68]

I could tell from my conversation with Dr. Humiston that she is very
sincerely committed to mass vaccination - particularly to mass Hemophilus b
influenza (Hib) vaccination. I noted that most American parents think that
their children can’t attend school without vaccination; and noted further
that the doctrine of informed consent mandates that parents be informed that
children CAN attend school without vaccination in many states.

Dr. Humiston agreed that parents should be informed if their state has a
vaccine exemption law, but she refused to write a letter to this effect - to
me or anyone else. She said information about vaccine exemptions, "might be
taken out of context and might ultimately hurt the vaccination effort."

I recently complained to the Federal Trade Commission about CDC's strange

FTC's 30 line maximum Complaint size did not permit me to point out that
recent editions of CDC's "Parents' Guide" say that, "Every state has laws
requiring vaccination against some or all of these diseases before children
enter school."

This last CDC quote is one primary reason why CDC Vaccination Information
Sheets (not just the "Guide") must make explicit mention of exemptions - IN
ADDITION to re-introducing the 1977 statement: "The decision to have your
children vaccinated is yours, alone, to make."

Dr. Atkinson, could you and Dr. Humiston discuss this matter during your
upcoming satellite broadcast?

Kühl [1994] wrote:

"The Rockefeller Foundation played the central role in establishing and
sponsoring major EUGENIC institutes in Germany, including the Kaiser Wilhelm
Institute for Psychiatry and the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology,

In 1943, German propagandist Henry Sigerist wrote from his
Rockefeller-endowed History of Medicine chair at Johns Hopkins: “I think it
would be a great mistake to identify eugenic sterilization solely with the
Nazi ideology and to dismiss the problem simply because we dislike the
present German regime and its methods...The problem is serious and acute and
we shall be forced to pay attention to it sooner or later.” [Sigerist is
quoted in Kühl 1994; and his tie to the Rockefellers is noted in Josephson
1940,1941.]

German and Austrian Jews were indeed forced to “pay attention” to the
“serious and acute” problem. The same Rockefeller source of capital that
had endowed Sigerist’s chair at Johns Hopkins helped to create
Rockefeller-subsidized Nazi racism and anti-Semitic terrorism, forcing
German and Austrian Jews to emigrate and sell their businesses at “fire-sale
prices.” The sale of these securities, according to Simpson, netted the
Nazis roughly four billion marks worth of “Aryanization bonds” which were
then traded on the international market by, among others, “Aryanization
bond” specialist General William Draper, Jr. [Simpson. Splendid Blond Beast
1993]

After the war, according to Kühl [1994:84], there was a “friendly takeover”
of eugenics by those wishing to explore “the question of overpopulation.”
One such “overpopulation” explorer, the just mentioned General William
Draper, Jr., was lauded as “a great American” by then-Congressman George
Herbert Walker Bush, who lauded General Draper for founding the “Population
Crisis Committee” and for assisting General Lucius Clay in “rehabilitating”
West Germany. [Congressional Record of September 18, 1969]

But General Draper did not “rehabililtate” West Germany:

“[T]he upper echelons of the U.S. occupation government agreed as early as
the summer of 1945 that, regardless of what might be said for public
consumption, a thorough denazification and decartelization of the German
economy would never be attempted...[Draper] announced tough anti-Nazi
measures in accordance with the official policy; then, shortly afterward he
proclaimed success in carrying out those measures while at the same time
undermining the very policies he publicly claimed to support...” [Simpson
1993:251]

Assisting Draper in reinstalling Nazi financiers and industrialists
following WWII was U.S. high commissioner for Germany John J. McCloy (“of
the Rockefeller interests,” see Manchester W. The Arms of Krupp New York:
Bantam 1970). Before the war, McCloy was Hitler’s guest at the 1936
Olympics; and during the war, McCloy served as liaison between secretary of
war Henry Stimson and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

After the war, the economic and foreign policy elite (of which Draper and
McCloy were a part) formed the “Committee for the [four billion dollar]
Marshall Plan.” The restoration of the prewar German corporate elite was
“an integral part” of the four billion dollar Marshall Plan. The Committee
sent thousands of telegrams signed by Stimson to thousands of American
businessmen asking for donations and political support for the four billion
dollar Marshall plan.

Unsuccessful at installing prominent Nazi banker Hermann Abs as West German
finance minister, Draper’s boss, General Lucius Clay, managed to put Mr. Abs
in charge of distributing the four billion dollars of Marshall Plan funds in
Germany. [Simpson 1993:267]

Later, banker John J. McCloy, General Lucius Clay’s successor as high
commissioner, granted clemency to “every single Nazi industrialist convicted
at Nuremberg.” [Simpson 1993 citing Riddleberger to Matthews, February 28,
1946, 740.00116EW/4-2546 at box 3612, RG 59, National Archives, Washington
D.C.]

Interestingly, when McCloy freed the Nazi industrialists, Winston Churchill
complained publicly; after which McCloy complained to the Stanford Research
Institute that, after the war, the British (Churchill) had refused to try
any of the Nazi industrialists. See Manchester W. The Arms of Krupp New
York: Bantam 1970.

Following WWII, Winston Churchill wrote that the Germans had been wronged
after both world wars, and that the wrongs at Versaille were but “trifles”
compared to wrongs committed when the Allies awarded the Poles East Germany
following WWII:

"For the future peace of Europe here was a wrong beside which [the post WWI
taking of Alsace-Lorrain and the Danzig Corridor from Germany] were but
trifles. One day the Germans would want their territory back and the Poles
would not be able to stop them." [Churchill W. In deZayas AM: Nemesis at
Potsdam. 1979, p. 187. Harvard Law School graduate deZayas' book was
republished in 1989, just before the Berlin Wall fell.]

Churchill’s “Germans were wronged” revelation appeared in the just cited
book by Harvard scholar Alfred M. de Zayas’ [Nemesis at Potsdam 1979,1989],
a book which recounts the virtually unknown story of: 1) how the Russians
raped and murdered as they drove hundreds of thousands of Germans into
Dresden and other cities (these were the women and children who lived on
land that was to be given to Poland in exchange for Polish land to be given
to the Russians); 2) how the Allies then firebombed Dresden and other
cities, knowing they were murdering hundreds of thousands of refugee owners
of the German lands to be given to Poland; 3) how the Allies later
transferred 16 million more Germans from other lands taken from Germany; and
4) how 2 million Germans died during this brutal population transfer.

The reasons these strange things happened, and the reasons most Americans
and Brits are unaware these strange things happened - are my ideas. deZayas
did not hazard a guess as to why helpless German refugees had been
slaughtered before and during the Allied bombing of Dresden. (Recounting
conversations at Potsdam, Churchill writes that he and Truman asked Stalin,
“What has become of the Germans?” to which Stalin replied, “They have fled.”
Just as there was a reason German women and children fled the Red Army,
there was a reason Churchill and Truman ostensibly couldn’t find them. They
had been intentionally firebombed - by Churchill and Truman.)

Certainly these millions of German women and children deserved to die. They
had, after all, stood by as their husbands and fathers - members of Hitler’s
army - burned and gassed 6 million Jews and murdered twenty million
Russians. At the very least, did not these German women and children
deserve to lose their land to the Poles - so that the Russians could have a
large chunk of Poland to the east?

Why DID Churchill say the Germans had been wronged?

While it is possible that Churchill felt the Germans were evil and was only
saying that the German evil would rise once again , there is another, far
more sinister possibility. It occurred to me when I read Louis C. Kilzer’s
1994 book Churchill’s Deception.

Kilzer’s conclusion - that “Hitler, as much as Churchill, saved Britain”
[1993:289] - is as well-supported as it is stunning, but his claim that
“Churchill stopped one of the most evil men to ever live” only perpetuates
the preposterous notion that Hitler alone was responsible for WWII. While a
few of Hitler’s inner circle were tried and hanged at Nuremburg, thousands
of Nazi war criminals - including some of the most heinous - were embraced
by the elites forming the governments of Britain and the U.S. following the
war. [Simpson 1993]

Why *did* we embrace Nazis after WWII?

What about our embrace of the Nazis *during* WWII?

First a little background on this latter question...

According to Gentry, with Roosevelt’s permission, thousands of British
agents worked in the United States for the British Security Coordination
(BSC) - headquartered in Room 3606 of the Rockefeller Plaza in New York.
[Gentry 1993:265]

Initially, BSC (the British) worked closely with Hoover’s FBI - until BSC
jockeyed Roosevelt’s Harvard classmate William Donovan into position as head
of America’s wartime intelligence service, the Office of Strategic Services
(OSS). When Hoover saw that he was losing power over domestic intelligence
operations, he secretly backed the McKellar bill, which would have
transferred the monitoring of foreign agents from the State Department to
the Department of Justice, i.e., to Hoover’s FBI. Donovan persuaded
Roosevelt to veto the McKellar bill, after which he signed an amended
version, exempting British intelligence agents in the U.S. (the BSC) from
monitoring by the Justice Department. [Gentry 1991:268]

What possible unsavory aspects of British espionage during WWII might the
British have been trying to cover-up? For starters, there is recently
revealed evidence that the British overtly rejected - but covertly
accepted - an alliance with Hitler in order to encourage Operation
Otto/Barbarossa, the Nazi invasion of Russia which killed over 20 million
Russians. [Kilzer 1994:289]

Key to Britain’s cover-up - key to initiating and sustaining Operation
Barbarossa - was keeping America from forcing Hitler to fight on a second
front. According to Kilzer, “Winston Churchill had no intention of creating
a second front in 1942, as he would have no intention of doing so in 1943,
or indeed even in 1944...Churchill...seemed to be exploiting the
German-Soviet bloodbath to secure British colonial interests in the Middle
East.” [Kilzer 1994:283,286]

According to Loftus and Aarons [1994], the Rockefellers - hosts of British
agents on U.S. soil (see above) - shipped South American oil to the Nazis
via Spain during WWII, and this after Senator Harry Truman publicly
described this Rockefeller business behavior as treasonous in 1942. [Loftus
and Aarons The Secret War Against the Jews 1994:168; see also Simpson The
Splendid Blond Beast 1993]

Thus, apparently, the Rockefellers et al. provided Germany with both the
ideological and fossil fuel necessary to slaughter Jews - and after the
war - financiers and industrialists forgave the Nazis and put them in
positions of power in post-war Germany.

Given the Rockefeller's EUGENICS Nazi connection [Kühl 1994]...

Given that EUGENICS was one of JD Rockefeller, Sr.'s "pet projects" [Chernow
1998]...

It is not beyond the pale to suggest that - when the Rockefeller Foundation
et al. created their global "maternal child health"/population control
project - they installed a grisly biowar "epidemic" "relief valve" - for
occasional biowar/psy-war booster shots for the global psyche... See

Five years after "Africa is hopeless" Nixon (see Haldeman quote below) spoke
on how to achieve his
*national* goal of population control, a secret National Security Council
Memorandum, written just
months after Nixon left office, addressed how the U.S. would attain
virtually the same goal internationally:

“The U.S. can help minmize charges of imperialist motivation behind its
support of population control activities by repeatedly asserting that such
support derives from a concern for...the right of the individual to
determine freely and responsibly their number and spacing of children...”
[Ford et al. Implications of worldwide population growth for US Security and
overseas interests. National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200) Dec.
10, 1974. Quoted in Simons H. Repackaging population control. Covert Action

According to Haldeman [1994]:

"[Nixon] emphasized that you have to face the fact that the whole problem is
really the blacks...The key is to devise a system that recognizes this while
not appearing to. Problem with overall welfare plan is that it forces poor
whites into the same position as blacks.

"[Nixon] pointed out that there has never in history been an adequate black
nation, and they are the only race of which this is true. Says Africa is
hopeless..." [Haldeman’s diary entry regarding an April 28, 1969 meeting
with Nixon. Haldeman HR. The Haldeman Diaries. NY: GP Putnam’s Sons 1994:53]

Simons [1994-5, cited just above] notes that, while the Pope captured the
world’s
headlines with an abortion controversy, the real significance of the 1994 UN
International Conference on Population and Development went largely
unnoticed.

According to Simons, conference participants jettisoned from the Draft
Programme of Action any consideration of the right to development of Third
World developing countries:

“Gone was a discussion of access to resources and unpolluted environment;
eliminated was deliberation on the urgency of alleviating poverty,
international debt, and unequal trade relationships.” [Simons citing the UN
International Conference on Population and Development, “Draft Programme of
Action,” Cairo, Egypt, Sept. 5-13, 1994, pp. 18-19]

Current "benevolent" international efforts to help poor women decide the
number and spacing of their children appear to me to involve massive slander
and slaughter of poor people in the Third World in general - with the
HIV/AIDS hoax. ["Why AREN’T other causes of immunodeficiency taken into
account in the CDC surveillance definition of AIDS, i.e., why is it that,
"Regardless of the presence of other causes of immunodeficiency, in the
presence of laboratory evidence for HIV, any disease [we have]
listed...indicates a diagnosis of AIDS."(?) [U.S. Centers for Disease
Control: JAMA, 1987;258:1143-1154])]

Nelson Rockefeller succeeded Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower's wartime special
assistant for psychological warfare after Eisenhower became president; and
both Nelson and his brother David were close to the CIA. [Reich C. The Life
of Nelson Rockefeller: Worlds to Conquer 1908-1958. NY: Doubleday 1996]

Nixon was VP while Nelson Rockefeller served as Eisenhower's psywar
assistant. Nixon and biowarfare are discussed below.. See also Horowitz's

Kissinger... (["[T]he Rockefeller brother's [were] Kissinger's
mentors/patrons...(Quoting Nixon:)..."Only three men in America understand

[Rockefeller] does (p. 168)...(Quoting Kissinger in Constitution
1993:40:)...'The illegal we do right away; the Unconstitutional takes a
little longer' (p. 149)...In Jan. 1969, Nixon's legal counsels declared
[Kissinger's] 'money from Governor Rockefeller...and his brothers' exempt
from conflict-of-interest statutes because it was based 'solely on
[Kissinger's] close personal friendship [and]...high personal esteem..."

Again, according to Haldeman [1994]:

is the leading cause of death in New York prisons, accounting for 66% of
inmate deaths and killing more people than all other causes combined.

Even populations obviously dying of starvation could be eliminated in this
manner once the world got used to such tragedies. I say this because the
CDC defines even malnutrition-related diseases as AIDS - inspite of the fact
that malnutrition is a non-infectious acquired form of immune deficiency.
Thus AIDS becomes a viral cure for poverty and malnutrition - a racist
cure - one that is well-suited to covert biological warfare masquerading as
"medical science."

Chilling in this regard is UC Berkeley researcher Bryan Ellison’s claim that
Alexander Langmuir, the founder of the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service
(EIS), "had always supported totalitarian notions of population
control...[and in 1964]...began using EIS to support the population control

Note: Ellison does not address this interesting paradox: Langmuir, who

"In 1951, the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) was set up within the CDC.
Initially concerned with biological warfare, it quickly turned into a rapid
response team for emergency disease outbreaks worldwide.

"...EIS officer Wayne Shandera, MD, was the first to identify the pattern of
disease that came to be known as acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)

"When AIDS began, it was the CDC’s disease."

"The first ‘media epidemic’ due to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)
appeared after a 1983 [JAMA] article (JAMA 1983;249:2345-2349)

Quotes above are from JAMA 1990;263:2569,2579,2580,2584.

If it is nothing else, AIDS is an AMA global MEDIA epidemic. As My Lai
massacre psychiatrist M. Scott Peck said in People of the Lie, "One cannot
study a disease without the intention to heal it, unless one is some kind of
Nazi." Why AREN’T other causes of immunodeficiency taken into account in
the CDC surveillance definition of AIDS, i.e., why is it that,

"Regardless of the presence of other causes of immunodeficiency, in the
presence of laboratory evidence for HIV, any disease [we have]
listed...indicates a diagnosis of AIDS."(?) [U.S. Centers for Disease
Control: JAMA, 1987;258:1143-1154])

Interestingly, our Nazi-like AMA (see People of the Lie, quoted above)
infers that the CDC is a world-wide charity medical organization, claiming
that the efforts of the CDC are only "ostensibly" in the self-interest of
the United States:

"[T]here is nothing quite like the CDC anywhere on the planet, even though
all of the CDC’s international efforts are ostensibly in the self-interest
of the United States."

The only thing more politically powerful than a global AIDS epidemic might
be a Third World discovery - inside U.S. prisons and outside U.S. borders -
that AIDS is indeed a grisly Western hoax.

Such a discovery would no doubt lead to civil unrest and outright warfare -
which is one powerful way that nations (and ruling elites within nations)
maintain and gain new territory and influence. Third World Blacks (and
Hispanics and Asians) convulsing in violent protest would be met with
Western force. ("They are in denial," our medical experts would assure us.)

Whole populations of dissenting persons could be placed in concentration
camps and then wiped out with covert biological warfare, after which CDC
physicians would be sent in. ("In the global village, it is CDC physicians
who make house calls." [JAMA 1990;263:2569])

Hopefully, HIV/AIDS is "just" a grisly population control tactic...

In 1989, Rhame and Maki recommended that HIV be used to frighten women into
abortions and contraception, i.e., into "preventing neonatal HIV infection"
by killing fetuses. [See Rhame FS and Maki DG: The case for wider testing

A year later, a Johns Hopkins working group recommended, in effect, that
health professionals should PERSONALLY frighten Black and Hispanic women -
after which the working group had the audacity to state, "the decision [to
abort] should clearly be made...without interference by the state and
without unsolicited advice or other undue influence from health
professionals." [Johns Hopkins Working Group on HIV Testing: JAMA,
(Nov14)1990;264(18):2416-20]

The Johns Hopkins Working Group did acknowledge genocidal instances in U.S.
history: "It is not surprising that some read in a policy of targeting [HIV
testing], not a desire to do good, but an agenda of genocide..."

To the extent that Blacks and Hispanics constitute our nation's poor (and
the world's poor), HIV/AIDS does in fact look like a genocidal plot - a "not
surprising" U.S. government-sponsored medical plan to slander, sterilize and
slaughter
minorities.

In effect, based on the CDC's bizarre definition of AIDS (see below), the
Johns Hopkins plan offers affluent white women the right to confidentially
CHOOSE to abort in response to HIV positivity, and balances this "right to
choice" on the backs of poor Black and Hispanic women whose HIV "choice"
abortions will be colored by Gallo's/CDC's extremely shaky philosophy that
"HIV will kill you 100% of
the time and will kill your fetus 30% of the time."

With the recently published news that "AIDS babies" (read babies born to
poor Blacks and Hispanics) are costing society $90,000 per year before they
die, what
tax-paying HIV-kills-like-a-truck-indoctrinated white person WOULDN'T want
to keep abortion a legal option for HIV positive mothers worldwide?

Again, American Blacks and Third World countries refusing to voluntarily

Some interesting (possibly biowarfare-related) Nixon history...

On November 25, 1969 (just months after The Andromeda Strain publicized the
government’s offensive biological warfare program at Fort Detrick),
President Richard Milhous Nixon closed down Fort Detrick. (“The pressure to
abandon biological warfare became so great that the [Nixon]
administration...[made no] constructive move to determine what else [Fort
Detrick] could be used for...” [Boffey PM. Fort Detrick: a top laboratory is
threatened with extinction. Science (Jan2)1971;171:262-4]

Also according to Boffey [1971], shortly after Nixon shut down Fort Detrick,
the NIH concluded that “several high priority studies could be performed
better
at Fort Detrick than anwhere else...[i.e.]...studies...on extremely
hazardous viruses, such as the Machupo, Marburg and Lassa viruses; [and]
research on certain “slow” viruses which may cause chronic disease in man...

Interestingly, shortly after Nixon ostensibly renounced biowarfare, agents
of CDC's "former" biowarfare arm - the Epidemiological Intelligence Service
(EIS; discussed below) - began making "global house calls" in Africa to
investigate terrible, mostly fatal, "revenge of the rain forest" disease
outbreaks...

Coming Plague author Laurie Garrett notes that, in 1989, just one month
after the alarming Ebola Reston outbreak in the U.S. (no humans died), CDC
Epidemiologic Intelligence officer Karl Johnson, MD presided in Honolulu
over viral “war games.”

According to Garrett [1994], CDC intelligence officer Johnson’s war games
were “eerily prescient of the Rwandan crisis.”

In these “war games,” according to Garrett, three African countries went to
war, crowded refugee camps sprang up - and there was an outbreak of an
Ebola-like virus which health workers quickly spread around the globe during
the incubation period. CDC intelligence officer Johnson, according to
Garrett, gravely announced that this scenario was “very close to Andromeda.”

Garrett’s mention of CDC intelligence officer Johnson’s “war games” is
reminiscent of Dr. Johnson ’s stories about the CIA and one real life
African/CIA “war game” in particular.

According to Garrett, virologist Johnson once became disturbed that African
authorities might link his work to the CIA.

“Karl Johnson had travelled all over the Soviet Union investigating strange
hemorrhagic diseases...[and]...had discovered that the real danger was not
the viruses, but politics” - and every time he returned, he was “hounded by
the CIA.” [Garrett 1994:82]

CDC intelligence officer Johnson was once asked about Ebola virus:

“Nine out of ten humans killed? And you’re not bothered?”

“A look of mysterious amusement crossed [Johnson’s] face. ‘A virus can be
useful to a species by thinning it out,’ he said.” [Johnson quoted in
Preston R. The Hot Zone 1994:83]

What if Johnson (still alive I believe) was the agent carrying those
"strange hemorrhagic diseases"? What if he was "hounded by the CIA" because
it is the *job* of CIA assets to be "hounded by the CIA" when they complete
their assignments?

Again quoting the 1994 article by biologist Robert Root-Bernstein,

Zairians and fly out and pick up dead bodies in the jungle.

Johnson reportedly told Piot: “The entire research effort could be shut
down in an instant if the Zairian military tells Mobutu we’re a bunch of CIA
agents.” (In another place in her text, Garrett notes that the U.S.
government has admitted that the overthrow
of Patrice Lumumba that brought Mobutu to power was a CIA operation.)

According to a 1994 report in The Lancet, the 45-year-old Piot,
“co-discoverer of the Ebola virus,” was appointed director of an “augmented”
programme against HIV and AIDS which will be “galvanised [by 1996] by an
expected and badly-needed injection of additional money from the World
Bank.” [McGregor A. Renewed UN drive against AIDS. The Lancet
(Dec17)1994;344:1693-4]

Again quoting CDC intelligence officer Johnson:

"I wonder about all this research on virulence...[the genes for Ebola
virulence could be inserted into a virus]...adapted for respiratory
transmission....

“It’s only matter of months - years at most - before people nail down the
genes for virulence...and then any crackpot...could manufacture bugs that
make Ebola look like a walk in the park.” [Johnson quoted in Garrett. The

control, one does NOT need the ability to manufacture

Creating psywar impressions is a Rockefeller specialty...

For example, early in this century, the Rockefeller Foundation made a name
for itself by supposedly eradicating hookworm disease in the South. In
1933, shortly after the Rockefeller Foundation announced that hookworm
disease had "almost disappeared," a critic of the Rockefeller Foundation’s
announcement (Dr. Stiles) wrote an article in the March issue of Science
entitled "Is it fair to say that hookworm disease has almost disappeared
from the United States?" In reply, the Rockefeller Foundation's Dr. Wilson
G. Smillie explained that "the real point of difference" between Stiles and
himself "relates to the definition of disease...We make a distinction
between hookworm infection and hookworm disease; he does not..." [Smillie

With AIDS, the Rockefeller Foundation has graduated to the Big Show. The
Rockefeller Foundation and the UN/WHO do not make a distinction between
infection and disease - or infection and death.

Rockefeller University [are] resurrecting the old Rockefeller Foundation
international network of tropical labs."

Nixon’s July 18, 1969 “low income women of childbearing age” speech was the
reason then-Congressman George Bush, convened his Republican Task Force on
Earth Resources which held hearings on "the hereditary aspects of human
quality" - after which he uncritically placed in the Congressional Record

Williams Shockley's belief that "our well-intentioned social welfare
programs may be unwittingly producing a down breeding of the quality of the
U.S. population."

In September 1969, President Nixon's side-kick - then-Congressman George
Bush - announced that General William Draper was retiring as national
chairman of the Population Crisis Committee.

“Fortunately,” said Bush, “we will be hearing more from Bill Draper as he is
now the honorary chairman...and will continue to be available for
consulation on world affairs...” [Congr. Record, September 5, 1969]

Who was General William Draper?

General Draper was a Dillon-Read investment banker who specialized in
securities derived from Hitler’s looting of the Jews (“Aryanization bonds”).
See American University Professor Christopher Simpson's book The Splendid
Blond Beast: Money, Law, and Genocide in the Twentieth Century New York:
Grove 1993]

Simpson [1993] also makes reference to ex-president GHW Bush's father when
he notes that W. Averell Harriman profited in a similar manner from the
spoils of WWI, and that Harrimans's "key political allies
who also served as senior executives of the bank included...Prescott Bush
(prominent legislator and father of the U.S. president.)"

Prescott Bush was reportedly involved in financial institutions which
directly or indirectly financed Hitler's rise to power, and reportedly,
Prescott Bush
later founded a think tank in 1962 called the National Strategy Information
Center, which got into trouble for financing
publications issued by a CIA front company engaged in disinformation

According to Simpson [1993], after Hitler murdered (or banished from
Germany) the very Jews that the Dillon Read Banker-General Draper had
looted, the banker-general was sent overseas to de-Nazify Germany - which he
failed to
do:

“[T]he upper echelons of the U.S. occupation government agreed as early as
the summer of 1945 that, regardless of what might be said for public
consumption, a thorough denazification and decartelization of the German
economy would never be attempted...Draper’s administrative techniques [were
as follows:]...He announced tough anti-Nazi measures in accordance with the
official policy; then, shortly afterward he proclaimed success in carrying
out those measures while at the same time undermining the very policies he
publicly claimed to support...” [Simpson 1993:251]

Failure to de-Nazify extended to the founding of the United Nations.

Professor Simpson notes that CIA agent Ivan Kerno, a long-time friend of CIA
director-to-be Allen Dulles, was instrumental in sealing (in a UN warehouse)
25,000 case files on alleged Class A Nazi war criminals:

“Kerno’s claim that the records had not been submitted to judicial process
was actually ‘blatantly false,’ noted historian Alti Rodal...[who noted also
that]...’In fact...the UNWCC’s Committee...insisted that only crimes of
reasonable importance be examined...and took pains to insure that evidence
and allegations presented by the exiled governments was judiciously
tested...’” [Simpson quoting Rodal 1994:276]

Perhaps not surprisingly, in 1986, it was revealed (in an Austrian
presidential campaign) that U.N. Secretary General Kurt Waldheim was himself
a Nazi.

In Countenance of Truth: The United Nations and the Waldheim Case [New York:
Viking 1990], author Shirley Hazzard notes that the U.N.'s Great Powers not
only knew about U.N. Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim's Nazi past, they
obscured it, almost as efficiently as the Secretary-General himself.

Hazzard also notes the disappearance in 1952 of the UN Directive prohibiting
the hiring of "persons who have discredited themselves by their activities
or connections with Facism or Nazism.” [Hazzard 1990:8]

The UN, of course, was built on Rockefeller-donated land - not long after
which Nelson Rockefeller became Eisenhower's special assistant for
psychological warfare.

Canadian Williams Lyon MacKenzie King was the public relations specialist
who pulled young JD Rockefeller, Jr.'s fat out of the fire after the Ludlow
Massacre union troubles in Colorado.

The richest man in the world - eugenicist JD Rockefeller, Sr. - cheered
Junior's performance.

The monikers "British," "Canadian," "American," "German," etc. seem to me to
be baubles for the rich - mechanisms by which guilt for mass crimes can be
fobbed off on people who had nothing to do with the crimes - nothing to do
that is - except "democratically" voting (and dying) for the approved
puppets primarily reponsible for helping financial elites organize the mass
crimes.

Maybe it's for our own good. Then again, maybe it's for the good of a
particular "Master Race" - or just to keep from "downbreeding" the American
population as President GHW Bush once told Congress (see above)...

CDC may be a lot more Nazi-like than it already seems...

Failure to obtain informed consent ---> battery...

The California Supreme Court revisited the issue of informed consent in 1993
and reiterated for Californians that all health professionals risk
prosecution for “battery” if they fail to obtain informed consent - even if
those treatments are delivered flawlessly and no one is hurt:

"[O]ver two decades ago, Justice Mosk reiterated the same principle for this
court: '[A] person of adult years and in sound mind has the right, in the
exercise of control over his body, to determine whether or not to submit to
lawful medical treatment.' (Cobbs v. Grant (1972 8 Cal.3d 229, 242.)" [Thor

"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
