With regard to the above planning application for a TETRA mast, may I please make the following observations. These are based on the Governments N.R.P.B. document (all relevant pages enclosed).

Sect. 15 shows continuous waves coming from a TETRA transmitter. These have been independently measured by research scientists and are shown to be pulsed, not continuous. You may wish to check this with the relevant authority because pulsed radiation is arguably more aggressive, especially to children 3-6 years old, in the TETRA wavelength.

This analogue/pulsed confusion may also invalidate the planning application.

Sect. 69 refers to the fact that the guidelines concerning power may be exceeded. This may be a concern in your considerations where residents may have insulin pumps or pacemakers, metal implants in the body or epileptic (especially children).
Sect. 133 refers to TETRA pulses, the scientists write "however, 'they' do not exclude the possibility of a risk of cancer that appears only after many years of exposure, nor of a hazard from RF radiation modulated at 16Hz".

16Hz is known scientifically to interfere with the BETA rhythm of your brains. This section suggests that there may be a risk of cancer to adults; children; pets; farm animals, in years to come.

Sect 135 (sections 5 and 6) clearly suggest that by association, those using or living near a TETRA mast will be 'volunteers' and monitored as part of an epidemiological study for future cancers and illnesses: there maybe a legal problem here if they are not willing volunteers!

I believe that this TETRA mast should be refused planning permission until further research can be produced on its safety.
