As far as I know, this is the first time any court ruled
on the fact that there is no law that requires anyone to file for income
taxes. Always, before, when the feds lost a case like this one they
simply stopped prosecuting their victims and destroyed the court
records. This is incredibly historic and fortuitous! Let's see how fast this news spreads on the web, now. The Shreveport Times isn't an underground newspaper, by the way--as far as I know it's published for Pajama People, so is mainstream; part of the What To Think Network. I hope it means that this global disinformation network is finally coming apart at the seams. I hope, too, that the thousands of political prisoners who were jailed on account of not filing will be set free--that would be quite a blow to the US Gulag Archipelago. ~Don |
