This Ionic Engine ( a kind of electrostatic motor ) has been invented by Edgar Cardoso ( Sao Paulo, Brasil ). It is easy to build and use common material, it works with high voltage ( 30 KV DC ). The photos, the diagram and the video have been done by Edgar Cardoso.
