3/17/01:

Any of the above configurations can cause laser excitement, however a broad range of intensities can be produced. Consider the possibilities of a direct energy conversion in a fusion laser, the capture and direction of intense multi frequency energy as a primary laser light source - as another Side Effect of this devices "Normal" operation.....

(On 5/18/01 the following error was discovered - the max rating on the PS is 60 watts and all figures now reflect the 60 watt maximum rating)

The applied voltage in this video clip is 350 VDC with an available power of about 60 watts. The system is overloaded, yet fully functional. The device runs better at low current and high voltage. The emitted arc lighting is so intense, the auto adjust makes the room appear dark - however it is brightly illuminated. Can anyone think of a laser application for this system? Can you imagine what chance a mixture of deuterium and tritium would have in the Energetic Electron Environment (EEE) displayed here?  Can Low Energy Nuclear Reactions occur at 350 volts DC and do you really believe the EEE is of such a low voltage? Please review the plasma display frame by frame, take note of the plasma balls ejected from the plasma as they bounce of the chamber walls. A simple answer is, they are just sparks - but considering the other properties of this device, the negative entropy, and the new operating system (including radiating electrical energies) - a simple answer  before rigorous "TESTING" is not Scientific.

Of interest to IEEE members, in an earlier test the same 350 VDC power supply was used with 60 watts total power available from it. With the power supply connected to  my Dranetz 808 power meter, the device ran in the same fashion, however the Dranetz 808 indicated only "20 watts draw at full speed" - even though this unique commutator was causing 1330 "direct shorts" per second. The coil resistance is 32.3 ohms, that means that the coil was supposed to draw 10.929 AMPS or 3857.86 WATTS. Just a little (50X) over  the rated 60 watts of the power supply. The device got cooler, as usual.

3/17/01: The engineers should know this, but I will hold your hand and point......

So what does the use of a Dranetz 808 power meter prove - Ohms law is not applicable as a measurement means in this case. Here are some verifiable facts: The drive coil shown in the clips has an R of 2.4 ohms and an applied voltage of 353VDC. Ohms law clearly predicts 147.08333 AMPS or 51,920.415 WATTS. Come on, that's impossible - because its only a 60watt max. power supply. Everyone knows that pulsed power behaves differently - don't we? Wait, I heard someone say "But it's powered by only intermittant pulses" - Hey, that IS different. Ohms law predicts electrical behavior in KNOWN devices, but this is not a Known device.

So what does the use of a Thermal Imager prove - The second law of thermal Dynamics cannot compensate for the cool running system, much less when the electromagnetic conductors get "COOLER".

1: Ohms law cannot predict the low current draw - yet it runs and draws far too little current than it should.
2: The second law of thermal dynamics will not allow the cooling, yet it cools.

Is it impossible? Look at the videos again and see how it runs, it is running - the coil is generating EMP and the plasma is forming. Just because you have never seen anything like it does not mean it does not exist, as you can clearly see in the videos.

One other useful property is the abundant production of free plasma packets, possibly a form of ball lightning. I know for a fact that millions of dollars went into ball lightning research - however the devices used were of single shot, and not high repetition firings. What would anyone want with a beam of loose plasma packets anyway?

It will soon become apparent to the general reader that this device has more to offer than can be imagined. The applications cut across several sciences, but there is more. This is a New technology and needs to be explored - NOT IGNORED.
