The Free Electrons Pump
I learned about this idea on JL Naudin site. It is a design to collect free electrons from either from the air and/or the ground potential.
I have used two mixing bowls on top of each other for the spherical capacitor.
THE FEP CIRCUIT
I have not yet coupled the spherical capacitor to ground via a pvc tube and a ground plate. However the sphere on its own seems to collect free electrons from the air as the light gets brighter when connected to the sphere.
COMPLETED SETUP
When the light is not connected to the sphere the current drawn is 220mA. But when the light is connected to the sphere the bulb gets brighter, but the current remains at 220mA. I also tested this with a 2nd meter (no picture).
