CALL FOR PAPERS.  Subjects include: electrogravitation, cold fusion, 
transmutation of chemical elements, free energy, gyroscopes and antigravity 
reaction, inertial propulsion drives, control by rate of time, scalar 
generation and detection, Mobius surface current effects, single-wire power 
transmission, heat pumps, unipolar (homopolar) generators, and torsion field.

received by 1 Feb. 1996.  Also, please send a copy of the complete paper (up

The purpose of the International conference "New Ideas in Natural Sciences" is
to provide a forum for discussion on the structure of problems, new ideas and
new directions in modern natural science, reports on new experimental results
and demonstration of new effects. 
TOPICS:

PHYSICS
1. Modern problems in physics. Theoretical research.
2. New energetics, practical results.
3. Gravitation and overlapping technologies.
4. Investigation of the properties of space and time.

GEOLOGY
The activities in geological sciences will take place concurrently with those in physics.

Discussions are planned for the second half of every day following the reports of the speakers and of their opponents. Also demonstrations of devices and experiments are planned to help devolop some business contacts.

Keynote reports refer to the reports of the lecturers and those of their opponents.

Nonlecturing guests are invited to participate in discussions and experimental demonstrations.

The organizing committee has the right to arrange the format of the proceedings of the conference, which will be published in September1996.
