On May 2, 1999, the University of Science & Philosophy celebrates the 50th anniversary of The Walter Russell Foundation. As a part of that anniversary, a new publication, The Cosmic Light, a quarterly magazine of the University of Science & Philosophy begins with volume one, number one, January 1999 issue. Dr. Timothy Binder has long been a supporter of new-energy science. Currently, he and Toby Grotz are working on new-energy research. Dr. Binder is Director of Research for the University of Science & Philosophy.
