INE CRITERIA FOR ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING DEVICES

Patrick G. Bailey
President, INE

We do have criteria for analyzing and discussing any new or old energy conversion device, machine, experiment, technique, or idea: its part of the INE device database. A 10 point scale for all considerations is listed on the INE website at http://www.padrak.com/ine/DBGUIDE.html. Why aren't you using this criteria scale?

This site also includes links to the INE database of devices, where almost every "device" (etc.) that has come to our attention within the INE is ranked by this scale, and each device has its own database data webpage. Check it out - there are 137 listings there right now! We need to update and expand this database list!

We also have two separate comparison rankings - one from the point-of-view of our interest, and one from the point-of-view of its possibility for commercialization - and the rankings of the devices on these two lists are different!

We are sad to say that several new devices (and techniques) that recently have been actively promoted and given lots of press have not turned out as well as has been advertized. Well, if someone had taken the time to accurately complete the database data entry form for each of these "devices", then no one would have been surprised at their current status.

The link to this form is also there.

This database is meant for your use to keep track of the status of all of the various energy conversion devices that are being suggested, researched, and independently tested. Use it. Just enter the data and email it to me. All the information you need is at: http://www.padrak.com/ine/DBGUIDE.html.
