Action entered against the People of Colorado challenging the jurisdiction of the gold-fringed Military Flag as displayed in all Colorado Courts. This challenge of jurisdiction shall be so construed as to encompass a direct challenge to the court's military, quasi-military, paramilitary, Admiralty/Maritime, and/or Admiralty/forum jurisdiction.
