Mr. Cord Meyer, chairman of the national executive committee of the United World Federalists, gave the following views to the committee. By passing this resolution - "we in the United States would be declaring our willingness to join with other nations in transferring to the UN constitutional authority to administer and enforce law that was binding on national governments and their individual citizens."
