Website Costs for January 1998

Hi! I have to renew the KeelyNet Website by the end of March, so I called FlashNet today to see what it would cost for renewal.

Here is the setup as it currently exists;

Domain Name (w/hosting & InterNic)

$350.00

Dialup Account (w/2MB www space)

$167.40

Platinum Account (w/15MB www space)

$75.00

Total

$592.40

Currently, KeelyNet is using about 10MB of www space.

This year I want to post all the KeelyNet BBS files, zipped by category so that all can be found at one location and freely downloaded. At one time, these disks were being sold for $50 per set but I stopped that because it required too much time to run off 17 disks each time.

I estimate the addition of the KeelyNet BBS files will require about 10MB for which FlashNet charges $50.00 per 10MB.

The first year I was a novice (and still am), so I signed on for 40MB and only used about 6MB. Learned from that, so the second year, I had 17MB total (as listed above).

If we are currently using 10MB, we are left with 7MB extra so probably 10MB will be enough to add the BBS files and continue to expand the filebase.

That will include the 1929 Einstein Unified Field paper, the Moray prize winning paper on the description of how the device worked and many other documents that continue to come in.

Total cost to renew the KeelyNet website
will be in the neighborhood of

$650.00

That does NOT include the new KeelyNet-L mailing list which currently (01/29/98) has 69 subscribers and is quite active for having been started on 01/16/98. I am estimating the list costs will run from $5 to $20 per month, depending on the number of emails posted.

If you are familiar with KeelyNet, you know we don't knowingly promote any frauds, cons or scams which are rampant in the alternative science field, particularly with free energy. It is easy to get involved in such activities and very hard to remain objective and honest.

Our primary purpose is to assist in the eventual production of a working overunity or gravity control device that people can build or buy and USE to make life easier. Health is another primary concern so we post whatever might be useful in that field.

I am currently unemployed but looking for a position that will provide a decent income in addition to extra bucks for KeelyNet type activities. So, if you find the KeelyNet site or the KeelyNet-L mailing list of use, please consider helping to support them.

What is $10 X 60 people? It's another year of KeelyNet online. The website is a yearly lease and the mailing list is billed monthly by usage.

If you do want to help out, I appreciate it greatly, seems like all my life I'm always backing something or other with no expectation of return. But being unemployed (at the moment), I don't have the extra cash that I routinely divert to support the KeelyNet information sharing activities.

Should you decide to chip in, you can send, cash, check or a money order, which should be made out to;

Jerry Decker - and mailed to

When the site is paid for, I will remove this page as it's purpose will have been served. Thanks for your support!!
